Large diameter freezing cylinder facilitates extremely fast freezing time, resulting in very small ice crystal formation. Thorough mixing of variegates and particulates unachievable in horizontal barrels. Time controlled freezing cycle achieves smooth texture and product consistency. Vertical Batch Freezer that can also create "slush". This model has a 25-quart hourly production (on average).
